Why CodexCell is built this way.
The name describes the model. A cell is a self-contained unit that connects to others — the same way our practices combine into a single system rather than sitting in separate departments with separate handovers.
Most digital problems are not one discipline. A logistics workflow needs an application, an integration, an interface for people wearing gloves and infrastructure that survives a bad Monday.
So the team stays small and the accountability stays undivided. The people who scoped the work are the people who build it.
